The Accountability Mechanism has released a public follow-up report on the Nepal case, which provides information on the implementation of the dispute resolution agreement as well as challenges and lessons learned from the process. The parties in the Nepal-India Electricity Transmission and Trade Project (NIETTP) and its Additional Financing case reached a dispute resolution agreement on April 11, 2023. In addition, the parties requested that the Accountability Mechanism Dispute Resolution Service follow up periodically on the implementation of the commitments undertaken as part of the agreement for a period of up to two years.
