The World Bank Accountability Mechanism Dispute Resolution Service has published a follow-up report on the Second Kampala Institutional and Infrastructure Development Project (KIIDP-2) in Uganda. The report details the implementation of the agreement signed by the parties on May 31, 2023, the process of which was supported by the DRS through October 2025. It highlights the collaborative efforts of the stakeholders involved in fulfilling their commitments, as well as the practical lessons and challenges identified during the overall mediation process. The publication forms part of the mechanism’s ongoing commitment to transparency and institutional learning.
