The World Bank Accountability Mechanism Dispute Resolution Service has published a video on a case related to the Second Kampala Institutional and Infrastructure Development Project (KIIDP-2) in Uganda. The video describes the mediation process leading up to the signing of an agreement in May 2023, the implementation of which was supported by the DRS through October 2025. It highlights the collaborative efforts of the stakeholders involved in fulfilling their commitments, as well as the practical lessons and challenges identified during the overall mediation process.
