Marcos Vinicius Favero

Marcos Favero is a Dispute Resolution Officer for the Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) of the World Bank Accountability Mechanism. Before joining the DRS team, Marcos worked at the dispute resolution function of the Interamerican Development Bank’s independent accountability mechanism (MICI), managing various cases in South America and the Caribbean. Additionally, he has worked with social environmental conflict transformation, intercultural dialogue facilitation, and facilitation training, in virtual and offline environments. He was also a researcher and a professor. Marcos holds an M.A. in Peace, Conflict, and Development Studies from the University of Bradford, a postgraduate certificate in Social Environmental Conflict Transformation from the University Antonio Ruiz de Montoya, and a B.A. in International Relations from the São Paulo State University.
