Harini V is a Dispute Resolution Analyst. Prior to joining the DRS, she was a visiting scholar at the United States Institute of Peace working with the inclusive peace processes team on designing peacebuilding programs and workshops. She was also a center executive at the Singapore International Mediation Center where she supported the business development team to advocate for greater adoption of the UN Convention on Mediation and managed several cross-border commercial cases adding to the value of US$1.5B. She received her M.A. in Conflict Resolution at Georgetown University and her B.A. in Global Affairs at Yale-NUS College.
