Yoshiko Ogushi

Yoshiko Ogushi is the Program Officer for the Dispute Resolution Service. In this capacity, she is responsible for data and reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, among other tasks. She ensures that data-driven insights and metrics are effectively leveraged to inform programs and enhance operational outcomes. Yoshiko joined the World Bank Accountability Mechanism in November 2022 as a Junior Professional Officer. She assisted the Secretariat’s communications and outreach programs, including website, newsletter, and social media channels. She brings has ten years of professional experience in human rights advocacy and legal research in Japan and Mexico, including work with working for civil society organizations in Japan and a law firm specializing in corporate compliance related to labor law. She holds MAs in International Law and Human Rights from the UN-mandated University for Peace (Costa Rica) and in Global Politics from the Ateneo de Manila University (the Philippines) where she studied as an Asian Peacebuilders Scholarship fellow.
